Apple Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie

This smoothie makes a really tasty, satisfying breakfast, snack, or post-workout drink. It comes together in no time and is a great balance of fiber and protein to keep you full and energized.


  • 1 cup soy milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • few dashes cinnamon
  • 1 small to medium green apple , cored and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp uncooked whole oats
  • 1-2 Tbsp protein powder , optional
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2-3 ice cubes , per preference on texture


  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
