Apple Peanut Butter Oat Smoothie
This smoothie makes a really tasty, satisfying breakfast, snack, or post-workout drink. It comes together in no time and is a great balance of fiber and protein to keep you full and energized.
- 1 cup soy milk (or preferred milk)
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- few dashes cinnamon
- 1 small to medium green apple , cored and chopped
- 3 Tbsp uncooked whole oats
- 1-2 Tbsp protein powder , optional
- 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 2-3 ice cubes , per preference on texture
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
