Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans , rinsed and drained
  • 1 avocado , peeled, pit removed, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeno , seeded and finely chopped
  • Juice and zest of one lime
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Couple dashes of cayenne pepper
  • Salt , to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
