Avocado Hummus


1 cup cooked garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, peeled, pit removed, and chopped
1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Juice and zest of one lime
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Couple dashes of cayenne pepper
Salt to taste


Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
