Baharat Spice Blend
This Baharat Spice Blend is best used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking. It's an easy sodium-free way to jazz up your favorite proteins, veggies or grains.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
- Stir spices together.
- Store in airtight container in cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
