Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1 beetroot , roasted and cubed
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup spinach leaves
- Dash salt
Instructions
- Remove beet leaves. Rinse beet and dry. Wrap whole beet in foil and roast at 375° on a baking pan for 35-50 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork. Cool until you can handle and remove skin with the foil.
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
