Bere Bere Sauce

This Bere Bere Sauce is a great, low-sodium, lightened take on a traditional Ethiopian sauce. It adds a punch of flavor to lentil, split pea or other protein-packed vegetarian options. You can also drizzle this delicious sauce over grilled, roasted or sautéed rice or veggies.

This recipe makes use of my Bere Bere Spice Blend. Use your reserved Bere Bere spice in my favorite Ethiopian dishes like Mesir Wat and Abesha Gomen.
