Blueberry Power Up Smoothie
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- Half medium banana
- 1 handful fresh kale
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest , optional
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.If not using frozen fruits, consider blending in a handful of ice for texture.
Protein: 18 grams when prepared with dairy milk.
