  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • Half medium banana
  • 1 handful fresh kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest , optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    If not using frozen fruits, consider blending in a handful of ice for texture.

Notes

Protein: 18 grams when prepared with dairy milk.
