1/2 cup 0% fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup bran flakes
2 tablespoons walnut halves
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon honey, separated
In small storage bag, gently crush bran flakes and walnuts to make a crumble. In a small bowl or mason jar, layer half of the yogurt followed by half of the crumble and half of the berries. Top with 1 teaspoon of honey. Layer ingredients once more, finishing with drizzle of remaining honey.
