  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or finely ground almond meal)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter , slightly melted to make easier to stir
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • couple dashes sea salt


  • Fold all ingredients together until combined. Roll with your hands into golfball-sized balls. Eat refrigerated or at room temperature.
