This Citrus Peanut Dressing pairs well with Asian-inspired meals. You can pick up hints of sesame, peanut, and citrus without any of the individual flavors being overpowering. Top traditional salad greens or get creative and serve atop a mixture of white or red cabbage, or bok choy.

Citrus Peanut Dressing
- 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Few squeezes of Sirachi
- Combine all ingredients until smooth.
- For a variation: add 1 tablespoon of spicy or Dijon mustard, and this also makes a great dip for lettuce wraps or spring rolls.
