This dressing pairs well with Asian-inspired meals. You can pick up hints of sesame, peanut, and citrus without any of the individual flavors being overpowering. Top traditional salad greens or get creative and serve atop a mixture of white or red cabbage, or bok choy. For a variation: add 1 tablespoon of spicy or Dijon mustard, and this also makes a great dip for lettuce wraps or spring rolls
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Few squeezes of Sirachi
Combine all ingredients until smooth. Pictured here with Tangy Teriyaki Tofu on a bed of greens and steamed vegetables.
