Ingredients: 1 cup basil leaves; 1 clove garlic; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar; 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard; 2 tablespoons pine nuts; 1-3 tablespoons water (, as needed)

This Easy Pesto Dressing goes great over salads, sandwiches, wraps and burgers. Super easy to throw together with ingredients you likely have on hand in the summer months.

Ingredients

1 cup basil leaves
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1-3 tablespoons water , as needed

Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and pulse until well combined.
Add water as needed to thin to desired texture.
Drizzle on top of salad, grilled veggies, wraps or my favorite juicy Grilled Marinated Portobello Burgers.
