  • 2 kiwifruit peeled
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Add additional milk or ice to reach desired consistency if needed.
