Get Going Green Smoothie
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 small green apple cored and chopped
- 2 kiwifruit peeled
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese or yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Add additional milk or ice to reach desired consistency if needed.
