Mango Pineapple Smoothie
- 1/2 cup pineapple , fresh or frozen
- 1 cup preferred milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest , optional
- Blend together all ingredients.
- Add more milk as needed to thin as desired.
Protein: 18 grams (when prepared with dairy milk).
