Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup preferred milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients. Add more milk as needed to thin as desired.
