Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves garlic , minced, per taste
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (can leave out for a milder version)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon , juiced
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 scallions , white and light green parts chopped
  • couple dashes sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Stir all ingredients together. Serve drizzled atop your favorite grilled or roasted dishes. Try over these Pan Seared Tofu Steaks.
