Individual nutrition counseling with a licensed Registered Dietitian is a great way to get on track, and stay on track, with your personal nutrition goals. My approach is always flexible, non-judgemental and personalized to each and every client, focusing on your wants and needs as well as your food preferences. I will never push a particular diet on you, but rather, will work with what makes sense for your body and your lifestyle. I enjoy building personalized meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, tip sheets and motivational/mindful eating exercises or whatever else you may need! Additional Information and Rates
New Client: Take your first steps toward success by scheduling your initial one-on-one counseling session. The initial session typically lasts 45-60 minutes. We will take an in-depth look at your medical and nutritional history, medication use, vitamin use, sleep habits, lifestyle, attitudes and physical activity. We will also talk through your typical 24 hour food and fluid intake, likes, dislikes, allergies and intolerances. Afterward, we will come up with a customized plan to address your nutrition goals.
- Initial session fee: $75
- Fee includes optional custom meal plan, recipes, grocery lists, tip sheets or other tools that will help you achieve your goals. Fee also includes unlimited access to the Dietitian for questions and feedback via text, email or by linking through a food recording app.
Return Client: Regular follow up is key to achieving and maintaining your goals. After each follow-up session, you will receive an updated plan and any additional tools you would benefit from.
