This Raspberry Mocha Latte is a guilt-free way to enjoy a rich, decadent morning cup o’ joe loaded with antioxidant sources from the cocoa, berries and coffee beans. This Raspberry Mocha Latte is not a latte in the traditional sense of the term as it lacks steamed milk, BUT pulsing in a blender incorporates a lovely froth. Pair alongside a cup of yogurt and sliced banana or bowl of oatmeal topped with cinnamon and chia seeds for a balanced breakfast.
Raspberry Mocha Latte
- 8 oz soy milk , or preferred milk
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 oz double strength coffee or 1 shot espresso
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Add all ingredients to blender. Pulse until combined. Re-heat to desired temperature or serve iced.
