These chickpeas make a great snack with a perfect little crunch. You could also mix into popcorn to add a punch of protein. My favorite ways to eat these though are in a wrap or atop a salad.
- 2 cans chickpeas ,rinsed and drained
- 2 tsp. spice mixture , see recipe in instructions
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss chic peas with olive oil and spices. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast until lightly toasted 20-25 minutes. For spice mixture follow recipe here: https://virtualrdn.com/central-american-spice-blend/
