Satisfying Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup preferred milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup packed spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 basil leaves , optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. If not using frozen fruit, consider blending in a handful of ice for texture or freeze orange juice ahead of time and add 2 cubes in lieu of fresh juice.
