Smooth and Creamy Chive Yogurt Dip
- 1 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley leaves
- Freshly ground sea salt and pepper , to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and store in refrigerator.
- Serve cold with your favorite veggies and whole-grain crackers or Pita chips.
