Smooth and Creamy Chive Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

1 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley leaves
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and store in refrigerator. Serve cold with your favorite veggies and whole-grain crackers or Pita chips.
