Sun-Dried Tomato Bean Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Great Northern or Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 jar (10 oz.) sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve with sliced carrots, peppers, cucumber, celery or your other favorite veggies!
