Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Great Northern or Cannellini beans , drained and rinsed
  • 10 ounce jar sun-dried tomatoes , drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to food processor.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve with sliced carrots, peppers, cucumber, celery or your other favorite veggies!
